[THREAD] This #WomensHistoryMonth, let's not forget how many of our rights were only won in recent decades, and weren’t given by asking nicely and waiting.
We need to fight for our rights.
Here's are a few examples:
Decision day is coming for Thames Water... 🤑
Will the High Court allow the ludicrous bailout of Thames Water which simply prolongs the slow death of a failing company? Or will they step up and protect the environment and the public by blocking the deal and forcing the government to take action? 🤔
Whatever judgment they come to, one thing is certain. Our water system needs radical, transformational reform which stops this from happening again. We need a system which delivers for people and the planet, not for greedy shareholders.

Absolutely disgraceful that Ofwat is allowing Thames Water to raise bills by 33%
Asset stripping
Sewage dumping
Demanding a bailout
Time to WITHDRAW THAMES WATER'S LICENCE and bring it into public ownership
Not make households pay
How does he think it feels to live here? I don't even dare wear clothes in case I get mugged. I just wander round nude with my Oyster card jammed up my arse.
A 🧵 on #AIDS in the 80s/90s:
I was 15 when I first had sex with a man.
I’d snuck off to London’s Heaven nightclub with the express intent of ridding myself of my ‘gay virginity’, a goal I achieved easily with a visiting American photographer.
