@McDonaldsUK every time I order a Mcdelivery I remember why it's a stupid idea... It always arrives stone cold!!!! The food was made and sitting at the restaurant when they said 'ooops finding another driver' then it sat there for another 25 mins!!! Nearly an hour to get it cold!

@itvMLshow I need help! retailer saying 1 of 2 items returned wasn't in the parcel (trainers). They are refusing to refund & Klarna can't chargeback - I have officially complained but getting nowhere. They won't follow up with Evri their chosen courier and just expect me to pay!
