Last ten days trying to raise service request by approaching @IGLConnect and every time I am told system is out and please contact tomorrow. I asked to take manual complaint as the system is down for more than 10 days and service team is not getting work. No response. Bad.

After lot of follow up, Service ticket is created. Now last three days following up to get service engineer. God can only save Eureka customers. Pathetic Service.

@EurekaForbes tried all channels to raise service request. Nothing is working. Tried calling, spent 15-20 minutes, no result. WhatsApp chat, wasted 15 minutes,no response. Post on X got reply to DM. On DM they r asking to contact WhatsApp. So it’s a closed loop with zero result

I am still at the issue of not able to raise request in spite of Product under warranty. Leave after the service experience, if u get service. Horrible. My advice is think twice before buying anything from Eureca as u will need service at some stage. Horrible Service Experience.

@EurekaForbes Surprised to know that as per EurecaForbes the RO is still not installed while the same was installed by EurecaForbes Engineer six months back. Surprising. Maybe nit surprising for @EurekaForbes
