Official working hours of Bank Officers & Staffs is 7 Hours including Lunch.

CMD Union Bank accepted that her staffs doing late sitting till late hours and so instructed all to do 'Day End' max by 6PM so that staffs can leave by 6:30PM.

Good initiative for Work Life Balance.

All must follow working hours till 5PM, Only in Case of exengencies case max delay by 6PM but should not be adopted as Normal routine.

If one Public Bank can follow it, Why not others! Unions of other Banks must approach for Work Life Balance to adopt regulated working Hours.

अघोषित बिजली कटौती।
45-48°© के भीषण तापमान में लगातार सुबह से जारी अघोषित बिजली कटौती से आमजन का जीना दुश्वार हो गया है।
एक राजस्थान था जिसमें 22-24 घंटे बिजली रहती थी और एक अब है जिसमें आधे से ज्यादा समय बत्ती गुल रहती है।

If India want to be developed, then it must start with the reforms in Regional Rural Banks.

RRBs need own managment, Own road map, own Infra & Own vision which can only come with making National Rural Banks of India rather being sponsored by PSBs.
