@virginmedia not only do you let someone cancel our account (new neighbours giving you the wrong flat number)you then have the audacity to hang up on us after pingponging us between teams. 3hrs on phone and issue not solved after almost 48hrs#farce #badcustomerservice#totaljoke
@virginmedia You never exhausted anything-no letter was ever received and no email was ever received. Having to wait 72hrs is unacceptable to resolve your mistake 1/2
@virginmedia I completely understand that however our account was closed without our knowledge. The mistake lies with virgin as no attempt was made to verify this.
@virginmedia But it's not just loss of services to me, it's a full work day - and 3.5 hrsbon the phone to virginmedia... I'm also pretty sure that it's illegal to close someone else's account down without being the account holder...
@virginmedia Yes we have made you aware of the problem but meanwhile our neighbours are enjoying their internet. I lost a full day of work on Friday which I will now need to catch up on/take leave for - and no certain timeframe has been given/no compensation offered.

@virginmedia@virginmedia we received no communications written or otherwise, hence the frustration. The account was closed without our knowledge and consent. And rather than help sort out the situation for your existing customers you're doing everything to retain the new #badcustomerservice

Not only do the new #electrostar trains have carpets, too many tables and therefore too few seats(17 adults playing #sardines in entrance area this morning) but also didnt let all customers off at #Maidenhead tonight - seriously @GWRHelp!
