Not only has @youfit tried to bill me, they are now charging late fees. Yeah, I'm not going back. Thankful I stopped payment right when gym closed using @PrivacyHQ
@9Nicoleee I called them yesterday but it automatically tried to transfer me to my nearest (closed) Youfit club. Who am I supposed to talk to? Have you had any luck though?
@soul4real@youfit@PrivacyHQ They’re still billing people for personal training services. I haven’t met with my trainer in a month. It’s also taken youfit over a month to respond to my email where I mentioned that my Notice of Consumer Rights forbids them from charging me if they’re closed for a month
