A lot have changed in the nearly 5 years since I steamed last. I found it hard to even want to load up since I lost a good friend of mine who was a fellow streamer on twitch.

@optus_help We really do need help, we've spoken to so many different people and every one of them has put it in the 'too hard' basket. Even the supervisors.

I've got to say #Optus @Optus is now what #Telstra @Telstra was like in my teens, a rip off, bad services, long hold times, takes going through 6 people to solve what one Australian based employee could fix. Anyone know a good prepaid alternative in Australia? Happy to swap
