We’re pleased to announce that AMD has entered into a definitive agreement with @SanminaCorp to acquire @ZTSystems' manufacturing business, representing the next significant step in executing our focused growth strategy.

What this means for our business:

✅ This development builds upon the momentum of our ZT Systems acquisition, which is expected to strengthen our U.S-based manufacturing capabilities for rack and cluster-scale AI systems and accelerate quality and time-to-market for our cloud customers. We remain committed to accelerating AI innovation while providing the choice and open ecosystem options that customers want.

✅ Finding the right strategic buyer for ZT Systems manufacturing team was paramount to us. AMD plans to continue to leverage the systems expertise of the ZT Systems design team while optimizing our operational structure.

✅ We've structured this agreement to include a strategic partnership that ensures AMD maintains strong access to these manufacturing capabilities, which is expected to allow us to continue supporting customer needs without interruption.
