NEWS: Malique Lewis has been cleared to play by the NBA's fitness-to-play panel, a source tells DraftExpress.
Lewis is coming off a strong showing at the adidas EuroCamp in Treviso, leading the event in assists, finishing second in rebounding, and shooting 50% from 3.
I will share ONE profile that I wrote in the @NoCeilingsNBA 2026 NBA Draft Guide, for my favorite point guard prospect in the entire draft @chrisanders2024. This kid is special, and has potential star written all over him. I can't wait to watch his pro career unfold! #NBADraft
My Ideal 2026 NBA Draft Haul for the Washington Wizards
(Picks 1, 51, 60)
1st pick: Aj Dybansta
51st pick: Bruce Thornton
60th pick: Tobi Lawal
- Bruce Thronton is the perfect 2nd round PG get for any NBA Team. Ohio State's all-time leading scorer. 6'2 215lbs - strong foundation to work with. Doesn't get pushed off his spots. 40/50/82 shooting in last two seasons. played 136/136 career college games - all with Ohio State. 98th percentile PnR Ball Handler. 82nd percentile + on dribble jumpers, CnS, overall jumpshots, Spot Ups, Runners. Complete three-level scorer. Absolute bucket getter. One of the best finishers at the rim in this class as well. 74.6% at the rim -- 96th !! percentile
- Tobi Lawal- one of the best athletes in this draft class. just an insane freak athlete. 45.5" standing vertical at the Combine this year. Impressive outing at PIT this year. Game still developing - but the flashes, upside and productivity are there. can be a supercharged weapon off the bench that brings two-way versatility, athleticism, and motor to create extra possessions for the Wizards. 24.9 DREB% this past season, career 22.5 DREB. his defensive rebounding is his one skill that he is consistently great at, fighting for boards, shielding defenders, quick hands/feet and able to get a board and push the ball in transition. Lawal is defiently a development piece but the framework is there, and at pick 60 with his two-way upside, athleticism and rebounding ability it would be a no brainer for me if I'm the Wizards to select him with the last pick in the 2026 NBA Draft.

(Alright I’m done lol)
The last sentence of this tweet is why my love for the draft will never die. The 2026 Draft class is loaded, but not every class looks like that. Appreciating each class for what it is is a major part of the fun in this hobby.
Came into tonight’s MCDAAG with Jordan Smith as my #1 player on my early 2027 board. That didn’t change despite the loss. Smith looked like an alpha on the court, his two-way ability out of the backcourt is super enticing.
There’s something exciting in every class.

Newest project: Statistical Height
Projects how tall a player is based solely on their statistical profile.
Aimed to see how “big” a player actually plays based on performance in stats positively correlated with height, independent of their listed height.
The Wizards are signing G/F Leaky Black to a two-way deal with the open slot, agent Max Wiepking of Gersh Sports tells ESPN. Black played in 26 games with the Hornets last season as a rookie before joining the Wizards' Capital City Go-Go affiliate.
The 2026 NBA Draft is loaded with guard prospects, but Arizona guard Jaden Bradley shouldn't go overlooked. It's time to show him respect.
PLUS: QUICK HITS!

I was just thinking about Labaron Philon the other day… 🤔
25/6/5/2/1 sure seems like a Sophomore Surge to me!
Read more at @NoCeilingsNBA for what I love about Philon’s game for the 2026 Draft!
I’m very perplexed with the way this app, national media and apparently NBA teams view Cameron Boozer.
He’s the youngest, most productive and versatile of “the big 3”, and he hasn’t had a bad game in three months.
We’re quite literally witnessing one of, if not the best freshman seasons in NCAA history.
Yet he’s the consensus #3 prospect and “Not in the same conversation as Darryn and AJ”
It’s genuinely mind-boggling.
