Amazing to see, there is a current project working seriously hard. It’s called BioLLM, it’s a Hybrid AI along with an ecosystem. The dev has created FOUNDRY. Foundry is a tool that lets you upload your personal genome and receive AI-generated CRISPR therapeutic hypotheses, guide RNA designs, off-target safety analysis, and paired peptide concepts with a biological AI (BioLLM) you can chat with throughout the process.
Also the creator of MYCELIA, Mycelia is BioLLM’s decentralized inference network, the infrastructure layer that allows the biological compute at the core of BioLLM to scale beyond a single lab.
