[Helping Heart Family Rwanda @HelpingHeartFam]

Today, our Executive Director represented Helping Heart Family Rwanda at the National Colloquium on Victim Protection and the Establishment of Specialized GBV Chambers, organized by @certafoundation in partnership with @KvinnaKvinnaINT at Hôtel des Mille Collines, Kigali.

This important event brought together justice sector actors, government institutions, civil society, and development partners to discuss how Rwanda can strengthen access to justice and accountability for GBV survivors.

We were honored to share insights from our initiative “Ubutabera Buhera mu Muryango (Justice Begins at Home)”, we use community dialogues and legal awareness campaigns to help families understand the law, know their rights, and become agents of positive change.

Establishing a Specialized GBV Chamber is a crucial step toward ensuring that victims receive justice with dignity, empathy, and protection.
