Refractory VF ablation on ECMO. 42 year old ow healthy w 500 shocks (literally) despite amio, lido, esmolol, intubation and pacing. Arrives in lab in VF. Trigger mapped to posterior fasicle, maintaining rhythm for 24 hrs. EP is beautiful because of what we can do for patients.
