@Uber@Uber_Support Up front fares reduced at Ubers convenience creating a negative experience for a driver as up front fares are the push and we are told no worries accept or decline the ride at the fare provided but Uber reduces that fare based off of time and distance.

I have shown proof of the discrepancy and still was told I received the correct fare when it shows different in black and white. There are so many drivers out here that drive illegally and the drivers that practice integrity are pushed away as drivers with no will to speak up
creating a questionable partnership with Uber. One day this will change. There has to be a voice for drivers that is not a puppeteer for Uber. The drivers need a voice and support is a joke. This has been a problem for years. What’s right is right and what’s wrong is wrong.
@Uber_Support
We hit the road to make money, Uber makes a mistake on promotions and wants that money back?!!? 👎🏼We need a voice in Florida. Uber has become a true corporate minded entity that takes more than it gives.
Let’s see, a drive into the @mco for $7 and the ride takes 1 hour to complete and the rider can claim unsafe ride because they did not plan accordingly. And the driver make peanuts and gets threatened by @lyft
You can be mid ride and another ride comes into your queue going to Tampa from Orlando without any upfront notification on distance. Then you cancel and your account gets flagged for cancellation. @lyft sucks just as much as @Uber show me where I’m going and cancels will lessen.

@lyft why is it that a passenger can report a driver for being stuck in traffic at the @MCO and Lyft will send a threatening email on account suspension stating that the passenger will probably not use Lyft anymore because of dependability. What??
