Day 4 of #UR24 features focus days that serve as platforms for extended training, meetings and intense networking through close-knit activities. Tradition, yes; but it doesn’t always mean being too formal – UR is a place of enjoyment and enrichment.

#UR24 had a closing ceremony. The celebration marked a grand pinnacle of networking (featuring karaoke as well). Starting the following day, we have focus days. While UR24 continues, the ceremony brings a bit of closure to the first part.

Reception Recap: The opening ceremony featured a UR tradition called "Ignites," where several speakers presented their pitches in three minutes. Each presentation lit up the start of the ceremony one by one, eventually leading to a grand opening for networking.
