I sympathize with Israelis and Palestinians. I mean… Gazans are living under Hamas in tents with Gaza in shambles. Support for Israel still remains at 70% or more according to Harvard Harris polling, so I think Americans just sympathize with war torn populations.

In response to a post with the quote, Francesca's writes to a mother who lost her innocent child, "Change medication."

This is not some random person spreading hate on the internet. This is a United Nations Special Rapporteur, who would rather post a retort to a grieving mother than condemn terrorists who murdered, raped, and kidnapped civilians.
