@HelenRSalisbury Nobody thinks they are Drs. Calling them 'assistants' is deliberate and passive aggressive. We are helped by them in the hospital and they always highlight concerns to a Dr. There ARE not enough Drs, fact...coming for PAs will not help that.
@DrLindaDykes Whilst I can't speak for 'wild west' areas, in my hospital junior Drs are happy for PAs to be there when they reduce their caseload on the ward, ask the experienced PAs for advice, PAs help Consultants enormously on strike days...

@NetworkRailKGX Not come across separate toilet cubicles being out of bounds due to social distancing before. Honestly asking if this is evidenced as the queue for the reduced number of toilets (without walls/door) seemed more problematic 🤷♀️
