In Birmingham, AL a realtor was getting ready to show an open house when he was approached with what looked like a weapon and a robber asking for anything of value. This is when the story turns. The realtor explains the only thing of value he has is this 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The robber took interest in the home and when it’s all said and done goes under contract.

But what really happened is it was all advertisement. So how far is too far, did this realtor take it to the extreme and would it make you want to use him.
