“Why is there no concept like an independent man. Why is it always an independent woman”
Have you ever heard of colonizers celebrating Independence Day ? 😭
Same concept.
Mnakuanga weird sana. A man is actively calling out another man for abusing vulnerable young girls and then some of you start calling him “captain save-a-hoe.” Mnasahau your sisters or homegirls could easily end up being victims of that kind of abuse too? Men, let’s do better!
Aside from the fact that it's unwise to publicly discuss your finances, this guy was part of the delusional group of youth who decided to form a Gen Z party no one asked for during the 2024 maandamanos. Do with that info what you will.

The question is whether artists should be more intentional about seeking different creative perspectives, or whether other designers need to improve their craft and positioning enough to break into that space.
Either way, this conversation has been a long time coming. We can’t keep saying we want a thriving creative industry while giving the same opportunities to the same few people.
One thing about Mariah Carey? She knows how to honor her catalog. From The Emancipation of Mimi to Daydream to now Glitter, she treats album anniversaries like opportunities to preserve, expand, and celebrate her legacy. 👑
