@bryan_johnson The problem is that you with your millions are marketing dangerous protocols and bullshit diets. Steak and sunshine bros are just eating whole foods and existing.
@bryan_johnson More than what nutrients animal foods contain, it's what plant antigens you remove from your terrible current diet, nay ideology, that matters more. It's another matter that nutrients in animal tissue are far more bioavailable and in the exact proportions necessary for humans.
My co-founder @rxin personally wrote this really good paper that explains the main idea behind postgres Lakebase as well as LTAP. It almost serves as a primer on how transactional databases are built and how Lakebase and LTAP work. Maybe more importantly, what are the tradeoffs, and what are you giving up by adopting this new approach. Highly recommended reading:

@MarioNawfal These tapeworms begin their lifecycle on plant matter that pigs eat. Most human infestations are due to improper hygiene during food prep irrespective of whether it's meat, and largely through faecal matter. She must have eaten at sketchy places.
@bryan_johnson Or you know, you could just stop eating plants and remove all the offending toxins from your diet that likely caused or most certainly exacerbate your issue. Just eat a carnivore diet and you won't need any of the nonsensical woo-woo protocols.
@vajrayudha11 Today's Hindu faith is a polluted version of the Vedic practices hijacked by Jainism. Animals were consumed in copious amounts in Vedic, Ramayana and Mahabharata times
@vajrayudha11 I'm Hindu, "Brahmin", religious and still a "pure" non vegetarian...6-7 egg + 400gm red meat + lots of cream, butter and buttermilk daily.. just like Krishna, Pandavas, Kauravas, Ram, Lakshmana, Sita and all our ancient ancestors, especially Kshatriya ones
