MARCH 15th!!! I’ll be performing alongside @GorillaZoe and @LilFlip713 at Cheers Shot Bar for SXSW! Thank you for all the support I hope to see you there!
It’s been a long wait, but @CB_Offficial and myself are finally ready. We will be launching our vintage clothing page TimelessThreads! This is something we have a true passion for and have plenty of vintage gems at great prices. Give us a follow on IG @ https://t.co/GXhnh0nfRA

PSV have entered a multiyear partnership with @AustinFC! The new partnership will feature the two clubs exchanging knowledge and expertise on scouting, education, player development, and more.

👀 Sneak a peek at the deepest & sharpest infrared image of the early universe ever taken — all in a day’s work for the Webb telescope. (Literally, capturing it took less than a day!) This is Webb’s first image released as we begin to #UnfoldTheUniverse: https://t.co/tlougFWg8B
One of the fundamental diagrams of all science, not just astronomy, is the periodic table of the elements.
Here is a neat version with emission spectra shown for each element, from

We finally have the first look at our Milky Way black hole, Sagittarius A*. It’s the dawn of a new era of black hole physics. Credit: EHT Collaboration. #OurBlackHole#SgrABlackHole

The supermassive #BlackHole at the center of our Milky Way Galaxy, Sagittarius A*, has been imaged by the Event Horizon Telescope (EHT). Chandra and many other telescopes observed Sagittarius A* simultaneously. Explore Sagittarius A* like never before: https://t.co/eqFebAnk10 ⚫
Recent @PhysicsUSF graduate Brandon Davey contributed to the publication of this paper addressing the dark matter cusp/core issue in galaxies while participating in the @GRADMAP Winter Workshop @UMDAstronomy - congratulations Brandon!

In this paper, we used CO data from ALMA to measure the rotation curves of 6 dwarf galaxies. Our rotation curve fitting code is publicly available: https://t.co/uPpg6ZY1ye
@_bdavey_ used data from Spitzer to measure the contribution from the stars.

Part of the work on this paper was carried out by another undergrad, Brandon Davey @_bdavey_, who worked with me during a @GRADMAP Winter Workshop. He's definitely someone to watch for and has such a bright future ahead!

This project was super fun to undertake & I certainly learned a lot! Thanks so much to our coauthors (Alberto Bolatto, @joshuadsimon, Drew Newman, @pjteuben, @_bdavey_, Melvyn Wright, Liz Tarantino, @astronolaura, Vicente Villaneuva) for all their help along the way!

#NASAWebb’s mirrors are warming up their moves! 💃🏾
Its 18 primary mirror segments have motors to align them to perform as one big mirror. Today we confirmed that all motors (including those on Webb's other mirrors) are in working order: https://t.co/5YkYMn0FlL #UnfoldTheUniverse
#NASAWebb is fully deployed! 🎉
With the successful deployment & latching of our last mirror wing, that's:
50 major deployments, complete.
178 pins, released.
20+ years of work, realized.
Next to #UnfoldTheUniverse: traveling out to our orbital destination of Lagrange point 2!
