.@elonmusk@DOGE we need a running stat-line of how much each member of Congress supports of frivolous spending. If they admit on record that they want to send $ to other countries or waste funds then name and shame them with their running total. See who the biggest waster is
Ask any athlete or someone around athletics “how much of sport is mental?” And you get answers typically between “75-90%.” Ironic then that teams/colleges/athletes invest closer to less than 5-10% of time or budget on training what they claim is so important. 🤔
@hubermanlab the strategy of focus following visual fixation, does the fixation have to be on the object you want to focus on (screen, page, etc.) or can the fixation be on a separate thing and the “focus” be transferred to the work space? E.g. Dot on the wall >> computer screen

I miss those moments in a team room, chatting in the field, or making you do crazy stuff to flex your brain.
Thank you to all the veterans out there! For the obvious sacrifices you make, but for also making those around you and your communities better.
I can 100% say I wouldn’t be the man I am today w/out the influence that countless folks in uniform had on me. Any success I may have is due in large part to them challenging me, and making me become better.
