There are a ton of teams that “TOUCH THE LINE!” during conditioning and still won’t win a game this year…
Yelling “CATCH THE BALL!” at your receivers has absolutely ZERO effect on if they catch the next pass…
Starting jumping jacks over and spelling your team’s name even LOUDER doesn’t actually get your guys ready for

@PinneyStrength When you train 15-40 ppl an hour for 8-10 hours a day everyday, expectations start to get enforced heavily to keep order & patience for unsafe ppl goes down
Not a big positive punishment guy bc that rarely works long-term, for the people that care, negative punishment works well
@PratikxPatel@ebreeze93 Have you found anything that supports constant congestion throughout the day?
For example, putting 10g in a bottle and drinking the bottle throughout the day instead of two distinct doses.
I’m a n=1 right now so not sure if it’s dumb or decent thought behind it
@CoachC_MA I’m on day 2 with it and I feel like I’m learning everything again lol. I’m glad summer is coming up so I can experiment with my summer athletes.

@CoachRGarner@ZEvenEsh We do this with our vertical pulls, especially for female athletes. Has been very helpful since implementing since people are at different strength levels.
