these domain companies provide great offers for year 1 but they get a lot more expensive from second year.

cloudflare doesn't have any markup on original prices so they don't provide discounts for year-1.

but the prices for second year are mostly cheaper because... yep bc they don't have any markup like other providers.

Codex called my Claude session 1,684 times and drained my 5-hour limits multiple times until I noticed.

So, I was working on a side project late night yesterday - 4 AM. About to head to bed, but I wanted the task done by the time I woke up.
So I ask Codex to wake the Claude session after 2 hours when the next window starts.

Told it specifically one time. It confirmed.

Opened my laptop at 7 PM today, checked the limits and 10% already used. (and I didn't even open laptop yet)

ngl, first thought was I’d gotten hit by those Chinese AI token black market hacks.

Then I suddenly remembered the task and asked Codex about it.
It goes “oops sorry I called it 1684 times hehe.”

First of all, glad that’s all it was. Just an infinite loop, not a hack lol.

Was I too sleepy to explain the task clearly, or did Codex not understand it correctly? Don’t know.

Learnt a lesson. But for all I care, it’s fixed for now.

but wouldn’t they reset the end date for the next (auto) reset as well?

So lets say my month starts at 1st, i’ll get my next auto reset on 7th.

But if I use my banked reset on day 3 - they’ll push the next auto reset by 3 days.
So the next auto reset is on day 10.

So I’m not actually getting twice the usage (as in week worth from the $200 plan plus another week worth from banked reset)

Let me do some math on this
