Workingclass people have to work relentlessly to make a living and build wealth. Meanwhile politicians who take shortcuts and the people who constantly flatter them get money, power, position and fame overnight. Its frustrating to see how differently the world rewards hard work and political connections.
Unprecedented levels of hate from brothers and sisters from another mother!
Okay! First of all, I did experience what good food and quality nutrition can do to your body over the long term! So I go all in!
In the pic, that's me in 2010 (surviving in a hostel) and 2020 (eating healthy). No AI or skin doctor was involved. Of course, better photographer and lighting, but you get the point!
Secondly, go big on quality and check the costs for yourself at supermarkets for these ingredients:
Broccoli + 3 egg omelette
Avocado + fresh coconut water smoothie
Homemade ABC juice daily with quality apples
Almonds (we soak them overnight and eat them every day)
Pistachios
Makhana
Mushrooms
Coming to meat:
Try shoulder cut mutton (₹1,250/kg)
Prawns (easily ₹1,400–1,600/kg)
Indian salmon (₹1,000–2,000/kg)
Basa fillet (>₹1,000/kg)
Country chicken (₹700/kg)
Most of the above are not occasional but part of daily diet. Eg: Breakfast with eggs and broccoli followed bvy ABC juice and avocado in the evening etc. Meat in the lunch probably 8-10 days a month!
And of course, I pay for convenience, but I check across all online apps and my local society mart and buy from wherever it's accessible and cheapest.
I don't want to take my car out every time and figure out parking just because something is 10% cheaper. You lose time and petrol. Not something everyone accounts for.
I am aware that my current lifestyle is only sustainable during my peak career (35-45 age) and will definitely cutdown on spending post that.
Peace and love ❤️

A Shenzhen-based electronics factory approached me, interested in investing in an assembly and production line in South India.
I suggested Andhra Pradesh as the right choice; as they are a front runner in attracting foreign investments and offer ease of establishing and doing business through faster clearances.
