@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I'd like to make a formal complaint about not having Sky Broadband for 2 weeks and the shocking customer service we've had in not getting it fixed by Sky and Openreach. Is this the right platform to do it on?

@OpenreachHelp what I want to know is why Openreach engineers are telling us one thing, and that they will definitely be back to fix it when they have the part, then passing the baton back to Sky and closing the job, where we have to start the whole process again.

@OpenreachHelp haven't had Sky Broadband for 2 weeks because your engineers aren't passing the correct notes on/saying the problem lies in our flat, when an engineer told us over the phone that it was definitely outside. Heard nothing but lies from Openreach so far.
