Aidan O’Connell was a 0-star recruit and decided to walk-on at Purdue.
O’Connell started out as the 8th STRING QB for the Boilermakers.
Eventually, worked his way up to becoming the starter and ended his career as one of the greatest QB’s in program history.
Tonight, O’Connell notched his second career win as a starter in the NFL.
Which is more than the first overall pick, Bryce Young, currently has (1).
The Raiders rookie QB is proof that ANYTHING is possible 🔥
He would never share this but @CoachCox19 has not only won Conference Coach of the year but also 🏆REGIONAL COACH of the year🏆!!! I have never know someone who cares and truly gives his all more than this guy! We couldn’t be more proud of you!! 🎉 🍾
While it may or may not be a competitive advantage. It definitely has its ups. Teaches young men and women athletes a routine that they can take into the real world. Every program that I have been a part of that included early weights/rehab has been successful in the postseason.
If lifting at 6 am is your competitive advantage to building strong & powerful athletes then your program probably sucks
Early lifting ≠ quality training
