It’s becoming clearer by the day that this movie is the biggest and the costliest anti-Hindu campaign ever!!
Outright pathetic characters are being humanised!!
Do you feel India should depend on other countries for processing the critical minerals that power our future?
I certainly don’t!
Lithium, nickel, cobalt…these are essential for EVs, batteries, electronics and defence. Yet, we remain heavily dependent on imports of refined materials.
To address this, the Cabinet has approved a scheme to change this.
Key highlights:
New critical mineral processing plants.
Capital subsidy to boost investment.
Greater domestic value addition.
Stronger supply chains.
The principle is clear...India must have capabilities to build technologies of the future!

India’s deep tech moment is clearly here.
A team at @IITKanpur, advised by Dr Devi Shetty, is developing an artificial heart that could cost a seventh of the current price of the globally leading product.
Mayo Clinic’s Dr Lyle Joyce, who implanted the world’s first total artificial heart in a woman, called it the most promising LVAD project in the world.
This is what India’s lift-off looks like.
.@TheSaurabhSri and I tell this story and many more in our book #TheLiftOffNation.
No useless bloody revolution. No violence on people due to rhetoric and ideology. No dictator seizing power by force.
No Leaps Forward, no Cultural Revolution.
Just regular voted governments working and capitalism.
That's what works, guys.
Well done India 👏🏾
Since August 2020 - defence production has indeed seen a sea change! India is exporting defence equipment on a scale never seen before.
But it is still early days in this long game.
Obviously, competitors in this sector are not happy. The last thing they want is the world’s biggest defence importer flipping the script and become a massive exporter, offering differentiated and high-quality goods at remarkably lower prices. This is one of the reasons for continued angst against India, Indian business and Indian markets - nobody likes more competition, least of all other sovereigns or quasi-sovereign entities.
The world is changing rapidly. We are already in uncharted territory.

India wins both Men's & Women's #Commonwealth Kabaddi Championships, held in Ahmedabad, India.
This news is more important than the Mock Parliament Circus being held in Delhi.

The Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India remembers Dr Homi Jehangir Bhabha on his birth anniversary.
His contributions to cosmic ray research and quantum physics earned him international recognition. In 1945, he founded the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), laying the foundation for advanced scientific research in India. As the first Chair of the Atomic Energy Commission, established in 1948, he played a key role in building India's nuclear energy programme. He also established the Atomic Energy Establishment, Trombay, in 1954, which was later renamed the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) in his honour.
His legacy has helped embed scientific thinking into policymaking processes and laid the groundwork for India’s formal science advice mechanisms. He is among the key architects who played a pivotal role in drafting India’s first science policy- “Scientific Policy Resolution” of 1958. In May 1956, the Government of India established the Scientific Advisory Committee to the Cabinet (SACC), a pioneering step toward integrating scientific expertise into national policymaking which was chaired by Dr. Homi Bhabha.
Today, we remember his vision and contributions, which continue to guide India's scientific journey and inspire generations of researchers to advance science and technology for national development.
Today is the birthday of Homi J. Bhabha, who is famous for his work on electron scattering and pioneering the nuclear energy programme in India!
One of Bhabha’s most well-known achievements was deriving the correct expression of scattering positrons by electrons, which became known as Bhabha scattering. He is often referred to as ‘the father of the Indian nuclear programme’. He earned this reputation from his role in establishing the Cosmic Ray Research Unit at the Indian Institute of Science (@iiscbangalore) and from helping to formulate India’s strategy in nuclear power. He played an important part in the formation of the Atomic Energy Commission in 1948 and the Department of Atomic Energy in 1954. He represented India at IAEA conferences.
Congratulations to our scientists and engineers at ISRO on the successful launch of GSLV-F18 carrying NVS-03.
This mission marks an important step in strengthening NavIC, our indigenous satellite navigation system. Equipped with enhanced capabilities, NVS-03 will further our pursuit of self-reliance in critical technologies and support navigation services that benefit our people.
The dedication and ingenuity of our space scientists continue to make our nation proud.

Came across this video today of the economist PM talking with Richard Haass, who was the president of the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, US!
Richard Haass: There’s been a lot of talk comparing Indian and Chinese approaches to development. But hasn’t China grown at a higher rate than India for a longer period?
Manmohan the Economist: China’s growth performance may be superior to ours but we have grown in other sectors that GDP doesn’t capture such as multiculturalism, religious diversity, ethnic diversity and values.
This is how we were competing with China in the economic war under Lanmohan the Great Economist. 🙏🤡

First, Sai Pallavi said Ravana was "not bad at all." Now, Rakul Preet Singh calls Surpanakha a "misunderstood" character.
Interesting how the conversation around #Ramayana 's antagonists is increasingly focused on understanding their side of the story.
