If they had a lick of sense and an ounce of bravery they would go scorched earth in these final months. Lost the presidency and the senate? Just do it. But I don’t think they have it in them.

For years I’ve been thinking about the best way to share the vast amount of content I’ve been safely storing in my vault, much never seen or heard by the public. And today I’m delighted to finally share that we’re starting production on my official documentary. I’m looking forward to working with Frank Marshall, Alex Gibney and Sony Music to bring this very personal project to screens around the world.

Can't believe I'm actually going to advocate to keep Muppet*Vision, but if Disney didn't demolish it to connect Star Tours to Galaxy's Edge as they should have, they certainly shouldn't be shoving Monsters Inc in there now.
The time is now. Circle the wagons. Rally the troops. It’s time to save Muppet*Vision. Big thanks to @Defunctland@DisneyDan@ralter for their help on this. https://t.co/uT86O0NotI

For the record, I think MacRae is perfect in Oklahoma!, and watching him & Shirley Jones in both this and Carousel shows an interesting range that critics often denied.
Though Zinnemann wasn't exactly happy with him. From a letter to casting assistant: "It would have been wonderful to get an electric performance from [MacRae] but I'm afraid it's just not in the cards and at this late date we will just have to buckle down and do the best we can.”
When adapting the Rodgers & Hammerstein's musical OKLAHOMA! ('55) to the screen, it was crucial for director Fred Zinnemann to cast actors whose vocal range rivaled the stage.
A renowned baritone and veteran of both arts, Gordon MacRae was the perfect fit. #SummerUnderTheStars
I (along with half my office) got laid off from Walt Disney Pictures the week after Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest had the biggest opening weekend ever. We were all asked to stay on for another 2 months since it was a busy summer. Working in entertainment is wild.
