Good bread doesn’t fit into the American way of life very well bc u have to eat it the day that it’s baked. You have to plan ur life around the bread. You have to develop recipes to deal with all the bread you couldn’t eat yesterday and eat as much of the fresh bread you bought today as possible
@rlprsn@SamHaft Which is funny, as it’s a similar trajectory “ustedes” went on. “Vos” = 2nd person plural but became 1st person pronoun to signify distance/formality. Then became “vuestra merced” which morphed into “usted”. Then just add “-es” to make it plural again
