Overnight, your people work in different ways & you need different ways to communicate.
There will come a point where you need to engage your (remote, re-tasked) people to find out how it's going.
If that's a bit daunting, give me a shout I'll offer all the advice that I can.
@flintoff11 My son loves cricket, but suffers from anxiety, misophonia and is likely nuerodiverse. Apart from sport, yours is the *only* TV programme he can watch with other people. It is so powerful for him to see people a lot like him talking about their experiences. Thank you.

@thatmarkgilroy It won't surprise anyone to hear they get treated better than their staff. MPs get about 4 months' salary + a separate payment to wind up other business. Their staff are simpy made redundant.
@ThatsSoVillage I can cope with dropping my one chance in the field. I can cope with top-edging my first ball to mid-on. Can't cope with the scorer giving my 2 tidy overs to someone else.
I also fear the proposed law will create an enforcement nightmare, with shopkeepers having to assess whether someone is 18, or 19, for years to come.
We already struggle to enforce the war on drugs. The last thing we should do is create a whole new black market. (2/2)
