#Veeramani Case.. what I understand from the media reports with its political background for better understanding

🔹The first complaint given during 2003 which didn't got registered under ADMK Govt

🔹The present issue happened in 2019 ADMK Govt

🔹FIR filed in 2025 Oct under DMK Govt

🔹Court ordered completing investigation in 4 weeks. Order issued on 19.06.2026 and time given upto 20.07.2026 - this was under TVK Govt

🔹Despite having a court order TVK ministers facilitated him on 06.07.2026 in a function where two cabinet ministers attended and praised him

🔹When the case came for hearing again on 20.07.2026 Govt informed that the investigation still pending and asked for more time

🔹When the case again came in August again Govt informed that the investigation pending. But this time Court strictly ordered for action

🔹Based on Court order since there is no other go, the Govt took action.

Now my views on this:

🔹I fully agree with #TVK supporters saying that Ministers may not aware of everycase hence their participation is not an issue. But how did police missed it?

🔹 When there is a strict court order which has to be complied on 20.07.2026, how did police missed him on 06.07.2026 when they arrange security arrangements for Ministers and the Invitation clearly mentioned his name?

🔹Whether the police alerted Ministers about this case when they are intended to attend the function?

🔹Since POCSO case are very specific and no details about investigation or evidences should be released even by Police or Govt, how did so many informations and evidences flooding in social media, and why Police is not taking any action against those who released the evidences?

🔹As a responsible Government I expected TVK leadership will issue advises to their cadres to follow strict adherence of POCSO case requirements but I didn't saw anything and TVK cadres started discussing about this case in social media and also added political views to this case, which triggered a political debate about this case.

🔹Why TVK leadership not yet realised how a POCSO case has to be handled and how the public discussion and releasing evidences affect the victims safety and their psychological impacts? Are we having so insensitive people governing our state? I don't think so, but still their silence is surprising me.

I wish atleast now the Govt or the TVK Leadership realise the sensitivity and issue guidance to all concerned to ensure the investigation goes in right direction and the culprits are punished
