@shub0414 @SourabhGurwani It is a USB 3.0 A to USB 3.0 B cable common on 2.5" USB Hard Drives, it is being replaced by USB Type C.
I'm pretty sure they put the extra wires on the side for backwards compatibility, so USB 2.0 B connector could be used.

@kriptosimpsons I'm pretty sure that Samsung model was not encrypted by default. I used to extract MFA secrets from my backups when that was still the case.
With that much at stake it's near zero sense to unlock it by hand. Don't get why people don't print the wallet on paper & 🔐 it up.

If I see bad sectors on an HDD I would rather retire that HDD.

Last RAM I bought for a firewall 16GB SODIMM for 74€. OMG 😱, just checked the price. Who the heck even going to build a PC in next 5 to 10 years?
