Hey @makemytrip I was promised a full refund of ₹13,769 for my HYD–DEL booking (after a failed reschedule where I paid ₹4,573 & never got a ticket). Now after 15+ days you say I’ll only get ₹8,000 back. Why am I being denied the full refund that was assured?
