@Mr_ap_b @fundingpips It is very frustrating. The lack of communication makes an already difficult situation much worse. I also booked 3 interviews with them that no one from their side attended.

I really hope they start addressing these cases properly and providing customers with clear explanations.

I’ve tried repeatedly to resolve this privately.

I have provided the relevant evidence and given QT Funded every reasonable opportunity to review the decision.

I’m now making this thread because I have received no substantive response or explanation.

I was then invited to schedule another Risk Team meeting.

I confirmed my availability, but no meeting was ever arranged.

My support ticket has now been open for 2 months with no response, despite repeated follow-ups and being told it was escalated to the relevant team.
