Punjab (2004), KP (2007) and Sindh(2018) notified PMS making provincial civil services a unified group.Balochistan is still under British era system. The cabinet approved PMS but couldn’t notify it’s decision.@Senator_Baloch @dpr_gob @alishahjourno

Government makes a policy decision. Civil servants r the ones who dispense judgements and provide relief to public. Courts interpret the judgements. But provincial services in Balochistan are still of British Era, they need to be revamped.@Senator_Baloch
