As per confirmed sources, @canarabank alone has transferred over 25,000 employees in 2024.

If we assume only 15,000 employees are eligible for TA claims at an average of ₹75,000 per employee, this totals a whopping **₹112 crores** 💸.

Across all PSBs, this cost **exceeds ₹1,000 crores** annually! 😳💰

Is it justified to waste such a massive amount on transfers when this money could support social welfare schemes? 🤔

It’s time to **scrap** the outdated ‘transfer of employees’ clause pushed by the CVC 🚫.

Data shows that frauds have increased 📈 despite these transfers, not reduced!

Let’s prioritize efficiency over unnecessary expenditures! 🚀💼
