In the span of just three days, three incidents occurred in three different cities in India, yet the issue remains the same: the streets are perilous for pedestrians and cyclists.

The question arises: who bears the responsibility for this situation? Alternatively, should we continue to engage in the unproductive practice of victim-blaming?
