@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia This deserves immediate attention and action. PNR AKIUFF. Initial flight 6E522 delayed by 3 hrs. We already had done web check in and were at the counter at 1545 for baggage drop. We were not allowed to proceed saying that boarding is complete. 1/2
