سولر ایج میں بھی یہ آئی پی پی ایز سفید ہاتھی پال رکھے ہیں کیونکہ ان سب کی چونچ گیلی ہورہی ہے۔ اس وقت چھیبس ہزار میں سے سرکاری طور پر بتایا گیا ہے سات ہزار میگا واٹ بجلی تو عوام خود سولرلگا کر پوری کررہی ہے جبکہ غیرسرکاری فگر پندرہ ہزار سے اوپر ہے۔ بہت جلد بیس ہزار میگا واٹ سولر سے کراس کر جائے گا۔ لیکن پوری کوشش ہورہی ہے یہ مہنگے سفید ہاتھی ہم پر مسلط رہیں اور عوام ان کا پیٹ بھرتی رہے۔ سولر کو discourage کررہے ہیں۔ اندازہ کریں کل چھیبس ہزار کھپت لیکن اکتالیس ہزار میگا واٹ بجلی پیدا کرنے کی صلاحیت کے کارخانے لگوا دیے اور ساتھ معاہدہ کر لیا تم سے بجلی نہ بھی خریدی تو بھی روکڑا ملتا رہے گا۔ بجلی خریدنی بھی نہیں تھی کیونکہ کھپت بہت کم تھی۔
یوں آج بھی ان بجلی گھروں کا سولہ سترہ ہزار میگا واٹ کا کوئی استمعال نہیں ہو رہا لیکن ادائیگی 41000 کی ہورہی ہے۔ ��وام پوچھے گی پھر لوڈ شیڈنگ کیوں ہورہی ہے۔ وہی بتانے تو عزت ماب لغاری صاحب آپ کو چورن بیچیں گے۔ زرا دھیان سے سنیۓ گا۔

Prime Minister’s Telephone Call with the Prime Minister of Italy.

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif received a telephone call from the Prime Minister of the Italian Republic, Her Excellency Giorgia Meloni, today.

Appreciating Pakistan’s successful diplomatic efforts for the U.S.-Iran ceasefire and resumption of dialogue, Prime Minister Meloni felicitated the Prime Minister on hosting the forthcoming peace negotiations between the U.S. and Iran, in Islamabad.

While underscoring the genuine and sincere desire of Pakistan for peace and stability in the region, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif welcomed the joint statement issued by key European and international leaders, including Prime Minister Meloni, in support of Pakistan’s peace efforts.

The two leaders also expressed their serious concern over the ongoing hostilities in Lebanon, and agreed on the need for coordinated international efforts to prevent further escalation, so as to pave the way for lasting peace and stability in the region.

Just spoke with Prime Minister @CMShehbaz of Pakistan. I congratulated him on his efforts in facilitating the ceasefire between Iran and the United States.

I assured him of Austria’s full support for a diplomatic solution to end the war. Freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz in accordance with international law must be ensured.

It is imperative that all sides stick to what has been agreed upon, fully implement the ceasefire across the region and cease all military operations. (BK)

I warmly welcome the sagacious gesture and extend deepest gratitude to the leadership of both the countries and invite their delegations to Islamabad on Friday, 10th April 2026, to further negotiate for a conclusive agreement to settle all disputes.

I welcome Pakistan’s timely and constructive offer to host dialogue between the United States and Iran. I commend Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the leaders of other friendly nations for stepping forward at a moment of acute regional danger, following the earlier commendable efforts of the leadership of Oman and other friendly countries. Pakistan’s relationships with the relevant parties, and its standing as a credible voice in the Muslim world, place it in a strong position to help create the conditions for meaningful negotiations.

Malaysia supports this initiative and encourages in particular the United States and Iran to respond in the spirit in which it was offered. I note with cautious hope the signals, however incomplete, that suggest some space for diplomacy may still exist. That space should be treated with the seriousness it deserves.

Any negotiation must proceed on the basis of genuine intent: a clear commitment to ending the conflict, not managing its tempo for tactical advantage. The international community has seen too many ceasefires that function as pauses rather than conclusions. The region deserves something more durable.

Malaysia reaffirms Iran’s right to defend its sovereignty, as recognised under international law, particularly in the face of continued Israeli strikes in the country and in Lebanon. At the same time, we call on all parties to exercise maximum restraint and to ensure that civilian populations and the infrastructure of neighbouring states, namely the Gulf states, are not drawn further into a conflict they did not choose. The Gulf states, the region and the world have much at stake — economically, socially and in terms of long-term stability — and their peoples must not bear the consequences of decisions taken elsewhere.

It is also a matter of concern that some of the strongest advocates of the rules-based international order appear to apply it unevenly. International law cannot be invoked selectively. It cannot shield one party from accountability while denying another its inherent right to self-defence. Its credibility depends on consistency.

In recent days, I have held discussions with leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Türkiye, Egypt, Indonesia, Japan, Pakistan and other partners to better understand the situation and to advocate for de-escalation. Malaysia will continue to support every credible effort towards a just and lasting peace. Thank you.

Spoke with my brother President Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian to convey warm Eid-ul-Fitr and Nowruz greetings to him and the brotherly people of Iran.

As a neighbouring brotherly country, I expressed Pakistan’s solidarity with the brave Iranian people, conveyed deep condolences on the loss of precious lives, and prayed for the swift recovery of those injured and displaced.

کیا کوئ نہیں بازپرس کرنے والا؟

کہاں گئے وہ سیکٹر کمانڈر جو ایک ایک ٹوئیٹ پر ریاستی رٹ قائم کرنے کے لیے باغیوں کو پاتال سے نکال لاتے تھے؟
کہاں گئے وہ کڑیل جوان جو بلوائیوں کو بلوں سے بھی ڈھونڈ نکالتے تھے ؟
