@Owendog997 @godfatherofchao They only heard her making noises on the 911 call and 12 EMT said she was in and out of consciousness and unable to vocalize. Experts testified she couldn’t talk with her thyroid crushed. But Patrick said she did so let’s believe him.

After Patrick already said she did it, he said she said she tried to k*ll herself, and that they were in the basement and on the 911 call he screams and says “she killed the f’n kids”.

@Masonvaders @dj_howe0501 It was the influencers outside of the hearing that said it was “overwhelming evidence” that TR shot CK with a 30.06, with 4k video there is certainty. That isn’t waiting until the actual trial to trust the judicial system to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.

@Masonvaders @dj_howe0501 No, “overwhelming evidence” means beyond a reasonable doubt. It’s not hearsay and a recorded zoom of a witness without cross examination won’t be admissible in a trial. A preliminary hearing in Utah lets in lots of things the trial won’t.

@Owendog997 @godfatherofchao 12 EMT’s testify and a 911 call all show she was making no noise. But miraculously she spoke to Patrick only to tell him they were in the basement. Patrick said against forensic evidence & testimony that she couldn’t speak at the scene. Only making noises!
