I’m at @CommonsEd this morning on funding and high needs block funding and one witness confirms what we’ve feared as their example: A 55% rise in tribunal cases for SEND cases. A 90% loss rate at a cost of £10 million for 240 cases. Just one example! We have to grasp this!

My friend has complained to the LGO about the local authority. The complaint names a particular SEN Manager. The LA have given this Manager the job of investigating and reporting back on the complaint. How is that even possible? #SpecialNeeds #Autism
