@mawlek @amaldorai @lezzlemynezzle @aedison I chalk it up to people hearing "biased" pronounced with an unreleased stop, which they perceive as "bias". Then they just say/write it that way going forward. Not as aggravating to me as something like "hence why", which signals that the user never thought to look up "hence"

@amaldorai @lezzlemynezzle @aedison It's less the distinction and more that people increasingly don't seem to know that "biased" is the past tense/past participle of "to bias". So they write/say things like "I'm not being bias"
