Subject: Request for Rectification of Boundary Discrepancy in Ward No. 127 (Manikonda) for Effective Civic Administration under CMC – Reg.
Respected Sir,
I wish to bring to your kind notice a long-pending boundary discrepancy relating to Ward No. 127 (Manikonda), which is causing considerable inconvenience to the residents and affecting the effective delivery of civic services under @CMC_Offcl@MC_Cyberabad
Prior to the municipal reorganization, the entire Panchavati Colony was under the jurisdiction of the erstwhile Manikonda Gram Panchayat and subsequently the erstwhile Manikonda Municipality. The Gazette Notification also confirms the notified boundary. However, the present field implementation does not fully correspond with the notified boundary, resulting in avoidable administrative confusion.
The residents of Panchavati Colony have been continuously paying property taxes to the erstwhile Manikonda Gram Panchayat, thereafter to the erstwhile Manikonda Municipality, and now to the @DCNarsingi . When taxes are being collected by a single municipal authority, residents should not be made to run from pillar to post for sanitation and other civic services because of an unresolved boundary anomaly.
If the boundary demarcation requires correction or rationalization, it is the responsibility of the concerned officials, who are drawing salaries from the public exchequer, to identify the issue, place it before the Government, and ensure timely rectification. Citizens should not be made to suffer on account of administrative lapses.
This issue has already been brought to the notice of the Commissioner @GummallaSrijana during her visit to Ward No. 127. Unfortunately, no corrective action has been taken so far.
The Hon’ble @TelanganaCMO@revanth_anumula has envisioned the CURE Area as a world-class urban region capable of competing with cities such as Singapore, Tokyo, and New York. Such a vision can be realized only when issues affecting day-to-day civic administration are promptly addressed and field-level officials effectively coordinate and escalate matters requiring Government intervention. The present issue reflects a gap between policy intent and implementation at the ground level.
I therefore request you to kindly examine the notified boundaries, conduct a field verification if required, and issue necessary orders to rectify the boundary discrepancy in Ward No. 127 so that residents receive seamless sanitation and other municipal services without administrative confusion.
The relevant Gazette Notification is enclosed for your kind reference and necessary action.
I shall be grateful for your personal intervention and early resolution of this long-pending issue in the larger public interest.
Thanking you.
Yours sincerely,
Sitaram Dhulipala

SIR is scaring even educated people- especially senior citizens. Parents details? Birth certificates? Does this advt clarify!? Those who travel regularly are also worried. Some are looking for help to do it online! Any bright youngsters willing to try and facilitate? @MoneylifeF
There is a special place in hell for government officials who create procedures, websites, captchas and apps. The new CURE bill feedback form designed by Centre for Good Governance takes the cake. What could be a simple PDF file is difficult to read mess.
