In a country like ours, where we routinely violate traffic rules, I fear just marking cycling lanes will not encourage cyclists. We need to make cycling safer. Consider partially blocking off cycling lanes so that other vehicles don’t encroach the space—costly proposal.

Simply having a walking path on acres of well maintained parks is completely useless.. youth have no place for physical activities..
