@jasonadyke It depends on how business aware and technically savvy guys are on the auditee side. Usually, the review itself takes 12-16 hours (best broken into 2-4 sessions) + 4 hours for presenting and discussing findings.
Another AWS Well Architected review behind me. Indeed, it neither was a review nor audit per se - it was a great discussion about potential weaknesses of a client's solution on the AWS and considerations how we can turn it into more reliable, secure and cost-effective solution.
Still cannot part with writing code. Now I'm discovering the power of Python while implementing the automation of the DR for one of our clients. AWS Lambda with Python fits the bill for the serverless programming model in the AWS Cloud. And Step Functions greatly complement it.
@IanMmmm Just one detail - the Polish flag seems to be upside-down :). But anyway you were Hero there showing off your actual presentation flair and skills. I'd say you underwent the real trial by fire then.
Iβm also in Warsaw π΅π± for the inaugural #AWSSummit here. Hope to see you on Thursday! Find me and give me your AWS Developer Relations & AWS Developer Experience feedback!
Still in a good @awscloud shape - combining the profound, real-life, and very practical AWS experience at @Hostersi (as an AWS Cloud Architect there) with strong educational aspect - sharing AWS knowledge and best practices at https://t.co/MBxHRSMP8D. The perfect marriage so far!
Tired but happy - Image Analyzer implemented for a today's webinar purpose was working perfectly during live-cooking (and is still working).

Great news received this evening! I am the Amazon AWS Security - Specialty Certified guy as of now - in addition to CERT Secure Coding in Java Professional Certification passed recently.
Not only Amazon AWS Hero and Authorized Instructor but now also awarded the Champion title for good measure :). Indeed, I'm a really lucky man since I do NOT have to work at all. I just have the privilege of pursuing my passion on @awscloud . No work, just passion.
Last but by no means least acknowledgements go to Cloudyna's EPAM (and not only) crew and to our all Cloudyners.
Thank you for your attendance and support during the conference - looking forward to seeing you all at Cloudyna 2018!
I would like to say an enormous thank you to our Speakers - extraordinary Cloud Stars - for the great sessions and workshops. And for your willingness to share knowledge and experience among Cloudyners.
Looking forward to hosting you during Cloudyna 2018!
@IanMmmm Nobody wished and wanted to leave (you :)). Another stupid solution in that hotel - after closing the door you had to wait for hotel service to open it with their card to get in!
Let me proudly announce the real Heroes of Cloudyna 2017 - @jakgru, @mifurm , @IanMmmm - last session, attracting a lot of Cloudyners and bringing the house down despite serious technical issues.
What can I say - simply HATS OFF, GUYS! You are Masters. On photo Unplugged session
