#Ogiek appeared before the Narok Law Courts for the mentioning of their application to halt evictions in Mau Forest. The court issued interim orders pending the hearing and determination of their application. They are scheduled to appear in court again on 20/02/2024.

As we strive to achieve the best legal outcomes for our clients, we wish to state that a High Court Judge delivered a judgment on the 14th March, 2023, wherein one of our clients was acquitted and discharged of murder. The Judge held that our client acted in self-defence.
