@Cardiffbus Zero communication at the temporary bus stop with nothing running to advertised schedule. Waiting here for 50 mins so far with 2 kids who now are getting home much later than planned!

@PoD_travelnews I think it’s significantly more than 60 minutes. We’ve been here for 60 minutes and not even half way to border control yet. In a lane that seems to not be moving (others going much quicker!).

@Hermesparcels how do I speak with someone? The automated line just hangs up on me and I can’t DM you. My parcel has the wrong postcode and seems like it can’t get delivered. The sender says I need to speak with you which is turning out to be impossible!
