Most days building PoolCup are pretty uneventful.

Just me, my laptop, and a long list of things that need to get done.

No team. No office. No big funding announcement.

Just slowly trying to turn something I built into a real business.

Building a product is weird because the work constantly changes.

A few months ago almost all my time went into coding PoolCup.

Now I’m spending more and more of it on SEO, talking to users, content and distribution.

Turns out shipping the product was only step one.
