@rambhakt_origin Leak exam papers, frustrate the youth, allow the proliferation of weapons and easy access to information, reduce the avenues for jobs. All this is a dangerous concoction.
@nileshmiskin@punekarnews Low IQ, High Ego, and money due to the sale of land. All these specimens converge in Pune and are deteorating the daily life of many..
@Ramraajya This is a clear case of public negligence. How dare they walk on these roads and reduce its strength. They are fat because they eat carbs and have reduced protein intake (eggs). The people are to blame for this fiasco.
@brawling_virago Earlier, if you had a thought or idea on how to do the task, you would start doing it and then evaluate later. Now, we query AI on whether the idea is feasible and whether it will work. We kind of get in the loop and not get much done. It is also how we will evolve with AI.
@StriderEl@awe_flaw_some Dude, in Pune, a certain politician owns and supplies water tanks to a major locality. There has been no relief in the water situation or improvement in water infrastructure. You know the reasons...
@anshulxyz It gets pretty bad. Although, I still do short rides outside but it's for utilities and getting stuff; not rides. Indoor cycling has become interesting since Covid with new technology and accessories.
@anshulxyz The fun element goes out of the window due to the part you mentioned yourself (Road condition and civic sense). I mentioned Indoor cycling as an alternative. Have been into riding and running since 2012. Thanks.
@abhisanket The irony is that the people don't know that they are being trampled upon, disrespected by the administration and political class. We have the Chalta Hai attitude and the people responsible get a free pass..
@RockyEatsX They find joy in dirt and faeces! Why does the political class need to work...Keep exploiting this generous public and make them more mediocre.
🌧️ Not even a single drop of water has been released from the dams... yet Pune's rivers are already full.
Today's rain is a reminder that the problem isn't just rainfall—it's the way we've built our city.
100 mm of rainfall over just 1 sq. km is equivalent to nearly 10,000 water tankers of water.
Now imagine that across 350 sq. km of Pune.
That's around 35 lakh (3.5 million) water tankers worth of rain falling on a city that is rapidly turning into concrete.
Where will all this water go?
Without soil, wetlands, and green cover to absorb it, rainwater rushes into drains and rivers, resulting in flooding instead of groundwater recharge.
Trees are nature's most effective water management system. They slow down rainfall, increase infiltration, recharge groundwater, reduce flooding, and help secure our water future.
Protect trees. Protect Pune.
