After a long journey of advocacy, today we proudly witnessed the launch of the Vihiga Gender-Based Violence Recovery Center (GBVRC)—a milestone achievement led by the @VihigaCountyGov under HE Governor @Gov_Ottichilo, in partnership with @NLinKenya, @UNDPKenya, and other stakeholders.

This center marks a critical step forward in ensuring a survivor-centered approach to GBV response and management—safeguarding survivors’ safety, dignity, and recovery.
We remain deeply grateful to @NLinKenya and @UNDPKenya for their generous support in making this possible.

While the journey ahead remains long, our resolve is firm: together, through prevention and collective responsibility, we will work to put an end to GBV.
